Cheers bro, i was skeptical as ass when trying this diet but a mate recommended it to me and guided me to getting started. Once i got into the swing of things it's easy to follow, living alone helps a lot to as my evening meal is generally a chicken breast or a pork chop and a handful of salad =)Vivi22 said:Well done sir! High protien low carbs, like around 25g or less of carbs a day, i havn't eaten bread, rice, pasta or potatoes in this time. At the moment i'm having 1 bad meal a week (bad for my diet) so i might have curry one night or takeaway pizza etc.
