I've trained myself over time to keep my mouth closed and make as little noise as possible when masticating. Mastication is something that everyone does, and it's totally okay, but it's definitely not socially acceptable to loudly masticate right in front of people.
Well first I get a box of tissues, then I turn on my computer and...

With much shame and as quetly as possible! I actually abhore the sound of people masticating, and the thought of them hearing me really worries me!
Its also discusting when people don't masticate with the reqired care and attention, and leave there mess all over the surfaces! Noone wants to see the soggy remains that were ejaculated from the masticators gaping hole around their keyboard when they want to use the machine!

Oh, I masticate constantly, even between regular mastication times with my family. Sometimes it's just a little bit, to tide me over, and sometimes I just have cravings to masticate with something in particular. Truly, mastication is one of the best things in life!
Couldn't you use the word chew? I haven't heard of that word until now when I look it up!

I can't stand people who masticate loudly, while they're next to me. I mean could you at least do that a bit quieter so I don't have to hear that shit?

I like to take my time. Rushing it can be dangerous. And it seems like not a single person I know has the ability to do it it quietly, I'm always listening to squishing and splorching every time they do it. You need to be stealthy about it. The best case scenario is where no one would even know you're in the middle of it unless they see you.

A prefer masticating with my right side then every once in a while switch over to my left to help finish it off.
