I admit, I named Link "Dildo" during TP.

Many many many years ago, a friend "loaned" me a copy of Space Quest 2. Though the main character's name was Roger Wilco, it gave you the option to change that at the start. The first line any character says to you is your space janitor boss, summoning you.

"Foranalsex Withmen, get in here!"

Such homophobic gems caused raucous laughter to rip through the 8 year old frames of myself and a dear friend of mine.

Not main characters for me, but animals in Harvest Moon are fair game. Oh, I had some fun. . . too bad I can't remember any of the names of the top of my head.

Back in Halo 1, me and my best friend had some laughs with profiles names like "A Dirty Cop" and "Hard Anal Sex" in multiplayer....
A Dirty Cop was killed by Hard Anal Sex....

In Oblivion, I named my Argonian "Skull-Fucker". Then I collected every skull I ever came across and dropped it in the house. You couldn't move there were so many skull piles in that house.

Edit: One of my friends made a Morrowind character named "Pillow Pants" (Cookie for reference). And he actually made a miniature castle of all pillows. LOL.
It was miniature but still big enough to step inside it, maybe like 12x12 ft. Needless to say, he got so much respect from me that day.

Hell yes I abuse the ability to name my characters, but only if I've played through a campaign or a game like 2+ times, otherwise I stick to my default names.

Being a nerd, i usually try to name my characters after stuff from fantasy novels >.<
Examples: 360 gamertag is drizzt611 (friend me for customs or swat), obliv character is named drizzt, i have a druid named polgara and a mage named zedar in WoW hehe
