You'll be able to find plenty of at home body weight circuits on the internet. Most should be about 20 - 30 minutes long. While I definitely prefer to be in the gym, with access to extra weight over body weight, those circuits are great for the days that getting to the gym isn't an option, or you just feel like staying home.Zack Alklazaris said:Well what do you recommend for someone who doesn't have very much time to work out?The Cool Kid said:....That's not going to do shit as you a)aren't really harnessing your abs and b) you aren't having any recovery time.Zack Alklazaris said:I do about 5 minutes of crunches every day. Just keeps my stomach muscles toned. I'm at the perfect weight so yea, no real strenuous workout.
A good diet isn't a substitute for exercise...lRookiel said:Who needs muscles? pfft.
I have a balanced Diet to keep me in check. which involves Fruit, Veg, Quorn for my protein, nuts too, the occasional bit of junk food and Cranberry juice. I'm 6 foot 2 and weigh 11 stone, perfect weight for me to be honest.
So to answer your question, I dont workout because I dont need or want to. :3
OT. If I'm in the gym, a complete session can run anywhere between 30 minutes up to 2 hours. The training methods I follow definitely get me a few looks from the meatheads you get in most gyms, but within a week or 2 of starting a new movement, I start seeing them secretly trying them. It's all about functionality.
