I don't work out. I can walk for miles at a time if I need to, though, and I do with relative frequency, being at the mercy of this city's horrible transit system.

Usually I do weights every other day, which lasts an about an hour or so, with a 5 min or so warm up beforehand. On days I'm not lifting weights I go running for about 45 mins, less than that if I have kickboxing training (2 hour sessions 4 days a week) on that day, so usually I end up doing some sort of exercise everyday.

I'm 69kg and I never work out =3. Haven't done a single action as intended "workout" since highschool, and I don't intent on starting Oo. Naturally slender X3.
Well I don't know your gender, but as a guy, I want to be weighing more than 150-160 area. But to each his own.
150-160kg? I don't really want to sound rude or anything, but that sounds a bit much to me as far as ideal weight goes Oo.
Surely your height factors greatly into what your 'ideal' weight is?

I'm working in Pounds, and if you have tone muscle and are 6' 2" then that isn't a crazy idea.

100 crunches
25 chin ups
20 push ups (I have basically no chest muscles ¬.¬)
Plank 1 minute

Every weekday.
Anything more than that and I feel too sore the next day.

Well yeah but I'm over 180cm so I imagine I'm among the taller of the bunch Oo.

Yeah, thanks for specifying X3. When I set "69kg" and you just go 150-160 my brain doesn't automatically translate that into pounds, especially because I never use pounds unless I'm talking to someone from one of the few countries that use it.

EDIT: Failed at the quoting >> fixed now, hopefully.
