The Longest Stretch I ever did was 71 hours due to a series of Parties, Drinking and a 3 day Sailing event (which go together quite well :). About hour 40 or so I was crashing in a bad way and shot gunned 2 250ml cans of Dynamíte (umlaut over the 'i') it was kind of a proto-redbull and seemed to be about 90% caffiene. It was trippy to say the least, but God it was fun

I have also done the week on 6 to 8 hours sleep a few times for varying reasons, but they were never as fun. By day 5 i'm not evening thinking anything other than - need sleep, sleepy, sleepy, sleep :)

68 excruciating hours

I passed out while making a sandwich.

It was pretty funny when I woke up. Just making a PB&J then falling to the floor.

Don't know why I had insomnia though.

Many times staying up 24+ hours. A few more than 48 hours. I only remember a few instances due to circumstances of the day (like almost running off the road, etc).

52 hours.
I got some help from certain substances though.
You know, at some point I started hallucinated and everything...but that might have had something to do with said substances.

Ohhhhh sounds like funky town! Im wondering if I should do during a school week or holiday
Well, if you must, I highly suggest doing so during a holiday. School time is for lurnins, and this is akin to doing a powerful hallucinogen during school. Both of which, I wouldn't recommend. Beyond that, I was like 17 when I did this...13 years ago. Haven't really pulled that kind of extreme sleep deprevation in a long time. Recoup time is something to be considered.

Although it would be awesome at school, I believe it would be best during holidays. Thank you for teaching me in the ways of staying awake.

At most was about 30-35 hours. I can't seem to stay up past that without the help of a Video Game.

I couldn't have told you at the time, but I stayed awake for four or five days. At the time I was working two jobs, and dating a girl so I would work from 10 at night to 7 in the morning, drink some caffeine and hang out with this girl for a few hours, then go to my other job around 11 or so and work until 4 or 5 in the afternoon, then come home and smoke some ganja, which would've certainly put me to sleep on the third and fourth days, but I had to go back to work just about when I would be burning out.

This lasted the better part of a week, I really couldn't have told you which day it was, but then the girl I was hanging out with mentioned that I was wearing the same shirt for three days and I realized that I really should get some sleep.

Additional madness occurring in those days includes;
Writing in a different language, cursive like.
Having lucid dreams involving ending WWII by beating the Nazi's in a race to the top of seven hundred stairs.
Smoking ten packs of cigarettes.
Eating a crapton of food, something like 400 dollars worth.

After that I started practicing polyphasic sleeping, which all you insomniacs should look up as it's a magical experience if you can handle the first week.

I'm fairly certain I was attempting to edit my first post, not quote it. My bad admins.

Somewhere between 48 and 60 hours a few months ago
Started out normal, little did I know I would be going to a movie marathon at the cinemas later that night. after that was finished it was 7am so I wasnt about to go to bed in the daylight so stayed up till later that until our LAN party started, I fell asleep at a computer with Headphones on my head playing CS. What a fun long weekend that was. I think it was October last year for Labour day or something like that.
