How many of you have played the Kingdom Hearts series and want a Kingdom Hearts 3?

I'm positive that I'm not alone in this notion I want Square and Disney to stop faffing about with these dumb handheld games and just carry on with the major storyline of the console games. I mean KH is a very respected series and has a very dedicated fanbase and it would sell extremely well. Also since I assume it would be on PS3 it could possibly move a few more consoles for Sony which would be a good thing. Anyways what do you guys think about this?

Have no desire for 3.

They say the one for the 3ds is the last one they are making before 3. I am so excited for it but hope the game comes out on the ps3

KH is in my top 5 games of all time and KH2 was also a brilliant, if slightly convoluted, game. I've not played any of the handheld games except for CoM (which wasn't great). Anyways, every E3 I get excited and hopeful that they're gonna announce KH3 and they never do. I want it more than I want Arkham City (and by jove do I want Arkham City)!

Played the first two, and don't care if they make another one or not.
First one was awesome, but the second one was pretty dull.

Also, after finding out the voice actor for Sora is Haley Joel Osment... I can't stand the games anymore at all.

I Have played and 100%'d all of them.....which is annoying considering the final mix ones....im an addict so yeh kh3 would be a dream come true...hopefully it will have another one of those awesome sephiroth battles in it cause there fun ....lol kinda sounded like a hyperactive 8 year old for a minute

I've played all of them except the newest one for the DS. Coded, I think. I hope they make a third, but I wouldn't be devastated if they didn't.

I enjoyed Kingdom hearts 1 and 2 and I wouldn't complain if they made a third, but it isn't something I would run out and buy the first time I saw it or something. I haven't played the handhelds either, I don't know why, it's just something I haven't (nor probably ever) get round to. All in all I am fairly apathetic about the whole series.

I want KH3 mostly because I hope it will return to basic storylines and/or fill in some of the holes from KH2. I'm also hoping that KH3 will be able to do something more with the gameplay, but that's one of my least interests at this point.

The handheld games and constant console hopping along with the shockingly apparent drop in quality in the series has really alienated me. I don't think I'd buy a KH3; just borrow it from someone else

Birth by sleep was apparently very good.

Totally wouldn't mind a KH3, but that sadly won't happen until they finish making Final Fantasy Versus 13 (as the KH team is working on it). So yeah, won't happen for a while, but its not all bad! We've had KH games every year for the past 3-4 years, which I think is pretty cool (Re:Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days, Birth By Sleep, and Re:Coded). Sure, Re:Coded was pretty mediocre, but Days and BBS were really good!

But yeah, KH3 would be awesome. Still, KH Dream Drop Distance and the possible Birth By Sleep Volume Two will probably happen before it comes out. But hey, I'm a patient guy, so I can wait.

What made Kingdom Hearts so magical is that you got to explore this entire new world mixed with Disney and Final Fantasy. After the sequel, prequel, coded, re:coded, com, re:com, days and limited editions... the magic's gone.

I'm looking forward to it. The side stories other than Birrth by Sleep are starting to tick me off, but the series at large is one of my favorites and needs a genuine conclusion.
