How many of you have played the Kingdom Hearts series and want a Kingdom Hearts 3?

Loved the second one to bits, possibly my favourite game of all time. I went as far as paying someone $100(NZD) to pick me up Final Mix + from Japan to play on my chipped PS2. Never have I replayed a game as much as I replayed that one. I knew the second game so well that I didn't actually need to understand Japanese to know what option did what in the Final Mix.

I frequently watched people play modded versions on youtube (level 1 Sora vs 3 sephiroths in disney castle ). I never got that good though. I can beat Terra on Critical mode and just got past the Sora Vs Roxas boss battle on my level 1 play through.

Guess whether I want the 3rd one or not? Sadly I don't think it would be compatible with my 360.

I tried the first one, just to see what the fuss was about.

After an hour or two I realized what the game was about. Final Fantasy heroes teaming up with Disney characters to defeat evil with the power of love. It was like they had made a game based on fan-fiction, then taken out all the sex to make it kid friendly.

I promptly dropped the game and ran for my life.

i loved the first and second ones, never played the handheld ones, and as much as i would love to play the third one when i comes out, it doesn't matter to me if it ever comes out at all. i don't have a current gen console and most likely never will, so i'll never be able to play it.

I've played and still own 1 & 2. Never played the other games, I wouldn't mind a KHIII, if I had the right console for it though.

I did not play the handheld games, but I'm looking forward to Dream Drop Distance, and I hope to one day play a true Kingdom Hearts 3.

The handheld games and constant console hopping along with the shockingly apparent drop in quality in the series has really alienated me. I don't think I'd buy a KH3; just borrow it from someone else

Birth by sleep was apparently very good.

It was. I beat it with 2/3 of the characters. (Sorry, I just couldn't give 2 craps about Aqua)

OT: I wouldn't mind having KH3... would give me a reason to turn on my ps3 since I downloaded my free inFamous copy. (Which I still haven't played)

I'm pretty sure that video is the secret video you can unlock in KH2. All I know is that as soon as I saw that I was foaming at the mouth for KH3 and I still am though not as much now seeing as I don't own a PS3 and I don't see it being released on anything other than that.

I absolutely loved Kingdom Hearts I and Kingdom Hearts II. Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories was great as well, unfortunately I have not played 358/2 completely through, nor have I played Birth by Sleep even though I want to.

I have been waiting for Kingdom Hearts III since I finished the second one. Definitely a huge reason as to why I bought a PS3, although more reasons have certainly popped up since the initial launch =P

Yeah, that video was for Birth By Sleep which is not KH3 by any means.
Edit: You know, I should pay more attention. Or come back after I get some sleep. I quoted the wrong person and no one ever said that the video was KH3 related except for the person who named it first

OT: I've played CoM and KH2. Enjoyed both, want to play the first and Birth By Sleep. I'd enjoy a third game. Hopefully the combat will be as enjoyable as BBS (I've played a few hours of it).

The second game was far too easy because you had little use for magic, though that didn't stop me from trying to be a caster. Just level high enough then most anything will die easily by your blade. Use cure whenever you're in a pinch and wait for your magic to come back, then you're good. I liked how CoM actually made me strategize and fully enjoyed the game as opposed to many others who hated the cards with a passion.

If they do then I will crap my self and be in joy as the fan boy I am butttttt.............there is a problem... Kira is Retired. The series I beat NUMEROUS times will not be convincing if it comes out of said retirement. I still love the game but it is better if it stays finished.

Also does any one else get this set of chills because of how good the sound track is? I love the sad yet soothing remedy it posses.

Played all but Birth by Sleep, 'cause I don't have a PSP and didn't think it would be worth buying one just for one game. Was I wrong? And an emphatic YES for a KH3.

Oh yes. I find that feeling most prominent with the tune that is played in an endless loop at the end of the second game, where it displays the stats of your playthrough beside a picture (the picture based on the difficulty level you played on).

The series as a whole is rather frustrating. In order to really follow the story, as a gamer at least, they're expecting you to own a ps2, ds, and psp. What's next, KH 3 for the 360? Of all the series that I'm aware of it hops around systems the most while still trying to weave something of a coherent narrative. All that being said I would like to see an actual Kingdom Hearts 3 to follow up its predecessor and presumably this game would be on the ps3. Really the only thing to do is wait and see.

Yes, I would very much like KH3 to come out soon. But until then, I would like all of the previous games to come out for the PS3. I had to sell my PS2 to buy my PS3 and the man at the place that sold it to me said I wouldn't miss the games from the PS2. He was a dirty dirty liar.

I mean, they could (most likely) release all of the "Final Mix" versions on one disk for the PS3, so why not?
