I live in the southern US. Away from pretty much anything major. My city only has about 60,000 people.
Sure, there are small little "expos and cons" but they're just that, small and insignificant. No "big" talent ever comes to them and there's hardly any number of people compared to something like PAX or Comic-con.
I get the feeling that the people who are always at these big expos, are the exact same people for the most part every time. These expos never move in location and so they leave out 90% of the population, while making it insanely easy for the same people who live nearby to just always go.
So how many of you have never been to a big expo? I'm one.
