Let's see what kind of shape The Escapist is in... how many pushups can you do in a row?
Or, if you can't do pushups, how many miles can you run easily?
How much do you leg press? How about squats? How fast is your 40-yard dash?

Or, if you a lead a... sedentary lifestyle, explain the perks of that.

I'm wimpy and short. My parents have tried to make me do sports, but because I'm skinny they can't really say much in that regard. But I also have a pretty weak immune system so now they're trying to blame the lack of exercise on that...

I can do like...15 push ups. Tops. Yeah... even for a chick that's not that good...

I can barely do twenty. Most of my muscle is in my legs. I've got medals from track and field day (though I always fucked up the regional qualifications), and I've been the fastest person on my soccer team 4 years running (pun intended).

I can do about twenty five pushups, run at a steady pace for about a minute, do about seven pull ups, and roughly ten burpees.

But, I'm still terribly out of shape.

I think my record for push ups was a bit over 150, but with in-position 2 min rests after each 50. I think.

I've never been that good at running so maybe 3 miles or so? But easily I'd say 1.5

My max leg press was 450 pounds. I have thunder thighs.

Squats... don't even get me started about squats. Done so many that about a month ago I just stopped doing them all together.

I've never run a timed forty. Like my specific time, just had to run it in under a specific time.

Haven't tried pushups in a while, (Got a Smith Machine) but it was around 50.
Leg presses, haven't tried those in a while, either. I think it was over 200 for each leg.
I never do squats, but I suppose I should now that I have the Smith.
Assuming that 40 yard and 100 meter are identical, it was 12 seconds five or six years ago.

I really need to work on cardio and core. Cardio is getting better now that I'm paintballing regularly but because of the shape of my spine it's difficult to get a good exercise from situps. Can someone recommend one for someone with lordosis?

Hm, one sec.

30, but good ones, probably 15. But my right elbow cracks like hell, and it just makes me stop.

Sixty was my best I think, but now I smoke alot so I can't really do anything without having a cardiac arrest.

I can do 25 if I push myself (and don't mind pain for about an hour). More if I do wimp-style pushups.

I haven't been able to test myself on running or jogging for a while, but even when I was physically fit (i.e. middle school), I was a better sprinter than distance runner. My best mile from back then was maybe seven minutes.

I've never been good at pullups. I used to be able to do 2. I think if I tried, I might be able to manage one, these days.

I can leg press quite a lot, though above 90 lbs. starts to give me trouble. I've never tried bench-pressing.
