I've never tried to do press-ups until I collapse. I usually just do 30 at a time. Same for sit-ups. The key is not usually how many you can do but making sure you're doing them correctly to actually build muscle. I used to think I could do hundreds of sit-ups until I realised I was doing completely the wrong technique (you should keep a space about the size of an apple between your chest and your neck, not support your head with your hands and never fully relax so that your head touches the floor).

Oh, and I can run pretty far, I'm doing a marathon mid-april. 5km doesn't usually tire me. Though it's been a bit icy this year so I've only recently been able to run further than that (running long distance on machines can injure your ankles and if I slipped badly on the ice then I'd be ruined any way).

About 3. I broke my wrist in 2 places a while ago and it never fully healed. Needless to say, putting any form of pressure on it for extended time causes what is known in technical terms as an: [HEADING=3]"AAAGGHHHHJESUSMOTHEROFMARYTHISFUCKINGHURTSARGHWHYDIDIDOTHISWHYWHYWHY"[/HEADING]

moment.

I can do 35-25-15 during the cross country season, probably 7-8 miles fairly easily. I leg press 80lbs, and since I can't sprint, I'll just say I can run a 4:42.3 1500m

Pushups: 30, though I pushed myself since it was a test.
Mile: Only tried one, and it takes 10 minutes. God I'm slow.
Leg press: I do over 300 in workout reps, haven't tested for one-rep.
Bench: 155. People in the room were very impressed, though I doubt it was that impressive.
40-yard dash: Fastest speed is slightly under 7 seconds. Again, slow.
Pull-ups: None.

So in conclusion, I'm somewhat strong, but said strength comes with a lot of weight. Also, thanks, OP, for further making me realize how fat I am.

40 or 50 was my average about a year ago. I haven't really worked out since then though, so maybe less now.

Don't know about most of the other stuff, but my fastest mile is a little under 7 minutes. That's pretty good, right?

Cock Pushups? well you can really only do one...

Dunno, i used to be able to do 40, 50 tops, but i don't think i could do more than 30 some now.

I suck at running, i can't even run a full mile without a break, i can sprint fast over short distances though, but i'm not very usefull when done.

I can do x amount of everything, with x being the amount of publicity stunts EA pulls for Dante's Inferno.

...divided by 0.

I can do at most 30 before I just collapse. I actually did something called the 100 pushups challenge where you did this exercise routine and at the end you were supposed to be able to do 100 pushups, but I gave it up after I while... I shouldn't have given it up but I'm going to start it up again soon...

200 pushups a sub 5 minute mile my 40 time is about 5 seconds. I think I could still run 5 miles without to much sputtering.
