I do about 40 a day now, I could probably go higher if I tried but I see no reason in straining myself excercising. It started out about 10 back when I was fat, still increasing which is cool.
21 pushups right then. but i stoped a little early so maybe 25?
And i can run maybe 3 mi at a good jog.
My 1 mi time is 7:42
