About thirteen or fourteen discs worth of music, a few vinyl albums and hours of videogame BGMs (including hard copy soundtracks). I don't want to count and you can't make me.

According to iTunes, 1140. I'm happy enough with them for now.

5993 On this PC. If you add in the songs I ripped from all my CD's which I dont have on my PC for a number of reasons, it'd be around 10,000.

6447. At least 2000 are game music. Another 4000 are probably metal, half of which is legal and self-ripped.

Yeah, not much I know, but I don't pirate music myself out of sheer paranoia (despite it being semi-legal in my country).
100% legal to download anything (except kiddie porn) here. It's uploading they jail you for.

1297, not including what I have on CD's and have yet to put on my computer. Purely the stuff that I actually enjoy, because not everything I own I enjoy.

3609 songs. Lol at all the people measuring dick sizes with how much music they got on their computers. Personally I already find it a hassle even remembering all the songs I have, never mind if I had like 10,000 songs, how would you navigate through that. aaaaah.

About 18,000 individual songs spread out over 5 computers and 3 hard drives.

The fact that I only listen to about 200 or so of those songs on a semi-regular basis kind of irritates me ([small]mostly because I can't bring myself to erase that much music[/small], which equals a LOT of wasted space).

Downloading anything and everything I find even remotely listenable might have cotributed to that number somewhat...

603 songs of nothing but metal (except for a few songs, like the Snake Eater theme, but that is just as awesome) and my collection is still growing. I also listen to majority of these songs.
800 songs. Mostly metal aswell. NO metalcore (Minus Trivium who are the only good 'metalcore' group as they are not trying to be metalcore). Prog rock is there as well.

But Death is there for sure.

Same, Trivium is the only metalcore group I have in my library seeing as their music is actually decent unlike other metalcore bands. My Prog Rock/Metal collection is growing, I have been listening to Dream Theater a lot lately.

Speaking of Death, I just found out Chuck Schuldiner made an album after The Sound of Perseverance for another band he formed (It still had all the members of Death) called Control Denied. The album was called The Fragile Art of Existence. If you have it, what's your opinion on it?

I've heard a few songs and they are very good. (When the Link Becomes Missing and the title tack are my favourites) Also next year his family and former bandmates are gonna release another Control Denied album (Titled When Man and Machine Collide) consisting of recordings that Schuldiner was writing while he had cancer. They have been having a legal struggle getting those apparently. (With the record companies)
