I know that tattoos and piercings aren't actually that bad if you have any kind of pain threshold... (well... depending on where you get them. )
But they're not for me.

I donate blood every time my school has a drive, though I haven't really gotten any vaccinations since I was about... 7. One time I accidently stapled my fingers together at my mom's office, though I don't think staples are the same as needles.

I really don't have an issue with needles, I always remember being one of the fewer kids in kindergarten that weren't bawling their eyes out when it was a day for immunizations. Having had blood drawn and the like in the future, and having donated before (until being turned away permanently) I can't it's ever really bothered me. I usually even watch it happen, though in being able to calmly I can still easily imagine how it might freak people out.

Piercings are something many of my friends have done but they really don't interest me much so I probably won't ever bother. If I do it'll probably be simple and somewhere above the neck. As for ink, I have one so far and I might get more in time. Currently it's less an issue of finding designs I like, that are significant, that I'd be able to live with, and more about where I'd want to put it. As I really would rather to be able to hide anything I get with at least summer clothes. So far I have:

None yet. I've known four tattoos I will get for about 5-6 years already and those thoughts haven't changed. I'm not in a rush to get them though. And I do know what kind of a piercing I will get if I really want one some day.

Oh, I thought this thread was about shots; I'm on allergy shots, I'm pretty damned experienced with injections. I also intend to donate blood when I legally can.

So to answer your question, never, and I have no plans of getting tattoos or piercings.

No tattoos, I want something I've designed, but haven't made anything I'd actually want forever. Although I had an idea to get a tattoo of a watch with a compass on the side and just leave the faces blank so if anyone asks "what time is it?" or "where are we?" I can say "let me look at my watch/compass", stare at it for a while, and say "It's broken!" or just pull out a marker and draw what time it is.
No piercings either, although I've been thinking about having someone skewer my junk.
I DO have an awesome bone growth on my left shoulder where I had an A/C separation and it didn't heal properly though. Might get that tattooed with and eyeball or something.
