how many Years have you been gaming?

a) Got my Playstation when I was six or seven. Played some SNES or NES at a friends house before that, but I've been actively gaming since I got the PS which was... over fifteen years ago.
b) Spyro the Dragon!
c) Tomb Raider: Anniversary. Currently working on Red Dead Redemption and Tomb Raider: Underworld.

Mmm...I had a jaguar. Though...I mostly remember playing an Nintendo 64 and the original Play Station. That's about as far back as I can remember and I was...maybe 7-8 at the time? I can't really recall but I'm 22 now so about 15-16 years I've been playing Video Games. Though it only really became a thing in about the last 12 years.

About 25 years of "gaming", first game i did beat i don't really remember, it was either one of first Mario games or Contra on NES, first PC game finished was Prince of Persia from 1989.
Last game i finished was Witcher 2.

Been plying games for roughly....20 to 21 years when my parents got me an atari with pacman and space invaders on it. Though the first game I can remember completing was Crash Bandicoot on the Playstation, I may have completed some before but that game sticks to mind for some reason. Mass Effect 2 was the last game I completed, I don't get much time to play games cept at the weekend at my boyfriends or at home after a full days work.

Roll on Septemeber when I move in with the boyfriend and can get an increase of my daily gaming *head bangs*

Well, i got a Game Boy in 1990. I remember playing a NES before that, but i didn't have one also i had a portable LCD-No-Name gaming device before that. (That is the one thing i remember playing first. It was a Karate-Combat game, fucking ULTRAHARD. Impossible to finish, but i routinely got to level 25 or so)

So yeah, i have been gaming maybe 22-23 years now. I was there in the GOLDEN AGE of gaming, i was there when the graphic revolution started.

I have seen THINGS you people wouldn't believe: Attack ships on fire in Master of Orion. I watched beamspam in Xenon. All those Moments will be lost in time... like... Rings in water... Time to die...

Yeah i am pretty old... and yeah Blade Runner is awesome *g*.

Oh... and LAST game i finished. Hm... I will be finisheng Daggerdale soon (DAMN it is HORRIBLY BAD though) Hm... can't remember what i finished last, playing more open-ended games at the moment.

i have been gaming for.... 14 years. i started at 1 and a half with either freddy fish or pajama sam (can barely remember both, so i cannot remember which was first). not to shabby for 15.5 eh?

last game i finished.... luigi's mansion. because a friend of mine had it, but neither of us ever beat it, so we thought "why not?"

Wow they were so many :S Lets see what I can recall: Quake, Quake 2, Doom, Doom2, Wolfenstein (yeah I was apparently in love with id), Sonic, Crash Bandicot (1,2,3,Bash), Duke Nukem (the side-scroller and 3D), Worms, Tarzan, Hercules, Captain Claw, Carmageddon, Twisted Metal, MDK(1 and 2), Halo, Half life and Half life 2 (Yes, being 10-year-old is still a kid) . There are some more I can't recall
Last game I've finished is Portal 2.

This thread made me sad, I wanna go back to my childhood now
EDIT: HOLY SHIT I can't believe I forgot Earthworm Jim (1,2,3D) and Mortal Kombat 4.

A) Pretty much since four or five. I would watch my older brother play, and he got me into playing too.

B) Why, the classical Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I often re-beat it with my cousin. He'd do most of it while I did the water and shadow temples.

C)Lately I haven't been playing as many games. I think the last game I finished was Final Fantasy XIII. I'm bringing shame to call myself a gamer.

My daughter has been playing games on the PC since before she was 2. I had to build her one, I couldn't get anything done on mine. Best investment was a Microsoft EasyBall. Sent her to the game section at Noggin and off she went. The drooling is pretty much over before 2. And actually talking typically happens before 2 also. Unless you are my little brother and can get away with pointing to get your mom to get things for you until 4 or so. >.<

1) As far back as I can remember was playing Oregon Trail, Carmen SanDiego and other games on the Apple IIE in Kindergarten back in '89. So, I guess that makes about 22 years.

3) I beat the final post-game boss of Etrian Odyssey 3, though I had a guaranteed strategy and can't beat the other post-game bosses.
