Australia...I know enough that I could hold my own during a class discussion. But sadly, I know more (or at least knew more...I could probably dredge up the dates from my mind of I tried) about the French Revolution and all involved. I studied the American Civil War in Modern History for year 11, but I can only remember...one persons name. Off the top of my head anyway. And that may have something to do with something completely unrelated...

But back to Aus. I know enough about Cook, Phillip and all those other tossers. Don't really care about them. They were jerks. I'm more interested in my heritage...On my mums side we can be traced to Vikings (it gets a little shaky closer to their time, but from what we can gather and some assumptions, I'm a descendent) and on my dads side, apparently we have Native American in there somewhere...Haven't bothered to look into that though because that would mean talking to my father...Not my favourite pass time...I'd rather let zombies chew on my brains.

Here's hoping I learn some more interesting stuff when I go back to school this year.
(I dropped out before I finished year 11 and have decided to go back and try again for my HSC)

US history is easy... there is only two hundred and thirty two years of it. A bit more if you count all the way back to the puritans at Plymouth Rock, or farther back to the Spanish and Chris Columbus. 516 if you count all that.

American Revolution (To be continued...)
Oh, will it? You think the insurgent leader George Washington will get his comeuppance?
