Not much, as I end up waiting for a game to get older before buying. I got The Orange Box in mid-2009 for $15.

I don't really want to think about it, but the total would probably run into hundreds of pounds.

...Around 900? That's just counting game purchases, it doesn't factor in trading or anything like that so it's probably less.

Far, far too much. I don't even want to run calculations because I would terrify myself.
this for sure, i really really dont want to look at it..the amount of money could be in the 4 digits..even 5 if im crazy enough and won the lottery..

i do work a decent amount tho, so its not like im livin like a poor man on the street because of it. if i really needed the money i could stop at any time..

but i also am a a massive trade in person, so that might explain why i play 3x the amount of games than my friends do..

i probably have played...a good 20-30 new games this year alone, in which they were all mine at some point. and this fall ill add another 10 games easily im sure.

probably 300-400 pounds. Yeahh. I spend a lot. I'm enjoying the money I get showered on me as 14 year old while it lasts.

I don't know, nor do I want to know, frankly I'd probably poop myself if I found out.

I spent like $100 dollars a year or so on average. I generally just buy games from Ebay or Amazon for $5 dollars or whatnot. I end up with way more then enough games, but I hate spending $60 on a new game that sucks, so I generally wait.

Not much, I rent a lot though. Renting really lowers my gaming costs, except for my PC games which I pretty much go out on a limb for.

Well, I have had a bumper year this year. I lost most of my games in a house fire and finally got a capable gaming PC again. So I've been on a spending spree every steam-sale (ooooh, christmas and summer sales) and making comprehensive list of all the great game worth playing.

But I'm pretty maxed out on games now, really, I have bought most of the games I want from the past 10 years. Even considering that, I'd say I've spent about £350 on games in the past 12 months.

EDIT: this has literally gotten me HUNDREDS of PC games. I just realised if I had been buying console games at launch price £350 would only get me 8 games! *GULP*
