For me it's pretty much all the time I'm not spending on college projects, reading, and sleeping. So roughly 70-80%.
After the combination of work, college, and time spent with my better half I can safely say I put around 10-15 hours a week in gaming. EDIT: Anything that has to do with video games goes, so talking about them, cuddling with them, or just playing them are all fair game to include in the time you spend on video games in your daily life.
