I'd say 900 or so, counting some PC parts+ all the games I really want. But who knows, their may be earlier/pushed release dates and things like that. :3
Actually I think you can build a full computer for about $750

So far 2011 has cost me $600 but its probably going to reach into $1000+

None of it is going to games though....
Very dependent on the parts, Sexgiant. <3

I may want a more high end result this year, given my computer troubles with lower hardware last year. I WANT MY SCREEN TO SEXUALLY ASSAULT MY RETINAS. :D
Well I hear you on that.....wish I could build me a computer, so tired of playing on a laptop DX

Very little. Despite the huge list of awesome games coming out, very little actually makes me jump in admiration and desire. That and I'll more than likely be leaving Uni early after my second year ends so all the money I can get is needed for stuff like food and shelter. Despite that Uncharted 3 is a must for me. MAKE IT GOOD NAUGHTY DOG!!

I can't really be sure in advance what the year will cost me, but I think I can safely say that it will cost more than I'd like.

It's somewhere around $200. I want Deus Ex and Mass Effect 3, the next Mass Effect 2 DLC and maybe I'll end up buying something I hadn't anticipated.

I limit myself to two new games a year apart from Steam sales because I have no income. This year, it's going to be Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3. I'd like to get Arkham City, Skyrim, and Crysis 2, but those will have to wait until the Steam summer sale or Christmas. All told, I'll probably end up spending about $150 this year.

If I was able to buy everything I wanted it would probably cost me somewhere between $400 or $1000. Most likely i'm only going to be able to buy at least $200 worth of that.

$0.00 xD I always plan ahead for this stuff.

"you owe me a bday present; a christmas present; A GRADUATION PRESENT!!" (I graduated last May btw!!)

I get my own cash & spend it on my own stuff. Games I have others buy!

Good chance of me grabbing a 3DS near launch.

I'm also planning on saving up over the next 6 months to build up around £350 ish and building a budget gaming pc. Not super gaming, but good enough I'll have no problem playing medium/high settings on an ok res.

Between Portal 2 and ME3? Probably a little over a hundred dollars.

Combined with my desire to get to a concert later in the year and get the currently out Doctor Who series sets? Probably along the lines of five hundred dollars or more.
