About 4-5 times a week for dinner. Than ya never know if theres gona be leftovers or something else.
I agree with you partially, but I think for different reasons. I'm more in the "respect what you eat" camp. As in bones become soup stock or gelatin, then fertilizer, cartilage goes in the same boat, and all the organs get consumed as well (humble pie is surprisingly good). Anything less is almost a kind of disrespect.
