PoisonUnagi gets pronounced as:

PoisonUngi
PoisonUgari
PoisonUnaaargi
Poison...uparty?....garndy?
PoisonUnagEEE

That's why I switch to VapidTumor and Force, nobody liked those names though, so I'm still PoisonUnagi.

My name in real life is Robert, sometimes shortened to Rob. I have been referred to by people as:
Rupert
Roger
Rocket
Rick
Richard

Robert is a very common name in the English speaking world. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first Robert you have met. Also it is not Bob. If I wanted to be called Bob I would say so.

Actual conversation:
Other Person: Bob, can you help me with this?
Me: My name is Robert. I hate being called Bob. Please don't call me that
Other person: OK Bobby.

THat is why I hate everyone

People often forget that Martin has a T in it. Some people say Mardin, some say Mart-inn.

I usually kindly remind them that my name has a T and you should treat it like such.
But it's not like I particularly care. If I correct them I'm usually joking.

My last name is Pang. People frequently pronounce it as "Ping", "Peng", and "Pong."

The funny thing is the "Pong" pronunciation is actually half right. In Chinese it is pronounced that way, but this is America dammit!

My surname is Glamorgan. Instead of pronouncing it like it should be, they either say Glargamore, or make "glamourous organ" jokes. You'd be amazed how unfunny they are.

I've never had a problem with people mispronouncing my online usernames or my name in real life, but no one can spell my name.
"Kathryn."
"Okay...C-a-t-h-e-r-i-n-e."
"With a 'k.'"
"K-a-t-h-e-r-i-n-e."
"No, it's Kathryn with an r-y-n."
"K-a-t-h-e-r-y-n."
"There's no 'e.'"
"Huh?"
Usually by this time I'll write it down myself or ragequit.

For the most part I go by Unlicensed Professional. People either just call me "Unlicensed" or "Professional" though.
