With Modern Warfare II the UK guys became some sort of International task force and you kind of lost the UK identity. Now it's the Americans, Price who is apparantly his own country now (and deservedely so) and some SAS missions. I was actually surprised they added the SAS missions. So with the story being what it is they kind of lost that three point of view thing they had going on in the beginning. I agree that it would have been great to play as soldiers from around the world. It really would have added to the whole "Modern Warfare" theme.
I also think they could have added even more countries. The thing is the world isn't only Europe and the USA. I haven't played the whole game so feel free to correct me or answer to let me know but, where are the Asian countries? For that matter where are the other NATO allies like Canada or Israel. They promoted it as WWIII and from I played it was just America and Europe.
I think that playing as Italians or Israeli Soldiers would be grand. Just sayin'
