Well, since I speak english, I say Holy Crap the way Strongbad does it.

Since H*R has been around since the late 1990s, perhaps we should be saying "The Escapist is the greatest thing to hit the Internet since Homestar Runner"? Most of the Escapist's head honchos were in high school or college when H*R first went live in 1996.

I say "Holy Crap" the way Strong Bad does, and I'll also say "By the Gods!"

'Heilaður Lortur' would be the direct translation. But the equivalent would prolly be something like 'fanin!'(devil). But we are notorious about using semi-regular names for pseudo-profanity. Like 'Virgar!' and 'Mervin!' which are just two names xP.

...In Polish, that's "JASSSSNA CHOLERA!!!". We often do the "s" a lot longer, to emphasise the importance of the "holy" shit. Interesting note, it doesn't refer to feces, but to the disease.

Still, I like to say "God damn it!!" or "The fuck...", usually when something stupid happens, like... failing to catch the bus, or being crit-hitted by a Syringe in TF2.
