Well I was fully conscious when my leg got snapped at the shin, that one sucked, and I got chicken pox while I had the cast on.

Attached my finger to a piece of cloth with a sewing machine once. That was an interesting one.

@Dark: About a month. Most of my scars are on my hands.
I do have a pretty big scar at the top of my head, but it's hidden by hair.
