I know he's quite an avid exchanger of tampons with the devil himself.

For through an unexplainable, and extremely stupid plot twist with no regards to satan's all-powerful abilities, tampons humans make fit the devil far better, and tampons he makes fit humans far better, and the only way either of them can get those respective tampons is by trading them between each other.

And UnusualStranger needs them oh-so much.

And that's all I know about him, that's what I read in the papers. Otherwise, I don't know much about him.
