Someone will be foolish enough to attack a chicken while using stealth(I blame the spy *puts away cloak 'n dagger*), the chickens won't know who the attacker was and therefore destroy everyone and everything.

The world will not end, humans will eventually become extinct though. But eventually the sun will go supernova and destroy our solar system or something like that.

Wasn't our sun too small to go supernova?

I believe that the Sun will cool off and become a white dwarf.

THE SUN. WILL NOT. SUPERNOVA. What will happen instead is gasses will release from it, causing it to grow, which will in turn destroy the earth at temperatures up to 3000c, then cool off into a white dwarf.

humans will wipe each other out probally in a fallout 3 sort of situation except with more zombies... The physical planet will be destroyed by a sun over heating, the solar system will be sucked into a black hole at the center of the galaxy. The galaxy will collide in a massive "space kabloooieee" with another galaxy and the universe will eventually restart when it collids with yet another universe plane which creates the next big bang and life restarts again with the great clock-work god decideing who and what survives (yes this is how i see it).

When global warming gets a bit much scientists will be charged with creating a giant rocket booster to push us a couple more thousand miles from the sun. They'll forget that the earth actually spins so when they fre the booster it will all go wrong.

Earth will do one of the 3 following things, collide with another planet killing everyone, get closer to the sun & become a great summer vacation planet for alien movie stars or simply soar into another galaxy becoming a great vacation for alien movie stars when they want to go skiing.

Ever played oiligarchy? When the world runs out of natrual petroleum...you can build human energy farms. That's right, you turn PEOPLE into oil. I will be the manager of those plants and kill you all for profit.

That wouldn't work; people are a hugely inefficient means of producing energy (just think how much food is consumed by a person before becoming an adult). Sure, you'd make money while you're still working through the current population base, but there are only so many billions of adults currently alive that you can slaughter before it starts cutting into your customer base, and your profits. Besides, how do you convert a person into liquid fuel anyway? Be prepared to sink a lot of money into figuring one out.

The 'human batteries' concept from The Matrix is flawed in essentially the same way. Even if you liquefy the dead to nourish the living, without crops (which the machines don't have, because there's no sunlight) you'll never have enough food to sustain all those people.

You'd be better off converting all the arable land in the world (or maybe just in certain parts of the world) into ethanol-producing crops and letting people starve instead.

OT: When the Earth alignment occurs in 2012, the planet will be bathed, not in cosmic radiation, but in the ancient telepathic signals emanating from the evil alien entity living in the dark, chaotic heart of the Milky Way, causing all of humanity to go murderously insane.
