Solve the problem by stabbing the girl and telling your teacher to fuck off. Then stop going. Highschool isn't worth the time.

Perhaps there needs to be a class that educates kids about etiquette, life, and how the world works? After all, if their parents aren't going to bother with that...

And I hate most rich kids. Most of them are so snobby and ignorant.
Yeah, the class would be called Life 101: It teachers your kids manners and respect so you dont have too!

Make a formal complaint about the teacher at the District level. It will straighten them out REAL quick. I had to do it.

My AP English teacher in HS was all kinds of asshole. He'd consistently grade me 7/10, 6/10 on written assignments (that were by no means C and D work). He lost it and pushed me down in class when I confronted him with the fact that I was doing all the work in his class and getting a D+.

I formally complained about him in writing to the district Superintendent, and got a college professor to assess my work (which he did at B+/A level. Things turned around in that class REAL fast. I finished with a B+.

you should have smacked that *****. make that detention worth it. or you could have called her an inbred swine who gives her dad blowjobs to get her allowance.

since it is too late, appeal to the principle, put it in writing and state it logically and calmly. if there is no response to that then ask to see him/her in person. again, be calm and logical

I move that you take your case to the school board or your principal.

In regard to the girl (Who has no idea what she is talking about) There are stupid people everywhere. Instead of finding them annoying just be glad that your braincells fuction properly.

At my school, fighting is a two-day suspension. If I knew I was going to get suspended for a day and a half, I would have just broken her jaw.

Your loss.
How could he have known that he would get slammed with a suspension? Plus fighting would have only made it worse I agree that you were BS'ed. Knight Templar's suggestion although possibly a little late to follow, might still help.

Crap, it more and more seems like I graduated just in time.

Saying kids are stupid sounds like your saying all kids are stupid. Also thanks to your post your calling all kids racist. Thats a bad assumption. I definetly know that im not racist and im difinetly not an idiot. I dont relly have any proof so you will have to take my word for it. Im also implying that im not exactly an adult. So dont say kids are stupid even if most of them are. Please and hopefully thank you.
(reads title again just in case)
Im also very knowing of the world, the people in it and many other things. Everyones differnt is what im trying to say.

After rereading my post,i feel that I shouldint post it because im wrong somwhere in it,i should probably delete the first paragraph but . . . oh well.

I've gotten into alot of trouble in my English Classes over the years

(Now this part might sound kind of elitist but its true)

Last year my teacher was iggnorant and racist, and I often had many fights with her over stupid racist things shes said.

This year, I didn't get placed into Acelerated English, which my counsler told me was because my past teacher told them not to. While this year I have no problem with my teacher, their's this girl in my class who is a rich girl, snotty, bitchy, whiney type and pisses me off.

So a couple days ago Im presenting my paper when I say something about how employees from lots of major companies are mistreated, and underpayed. So I say something about how an 20-something year old employee at a job under these companies has to work for x amount of time to get y product.

When this girl states how, EVERYBODY who works at a 'dead beat' job (such as a retail place) is a uneducated, dropout, scum of the earth.

When I reply to her how that most people who work at a place (such as mcdonalds) are students that are either supporting their parents/paying for school/just getting extra cash, or immigrants doing the same. I then state how my father came from greec and had many 'dead beat' jobs even though he had a good education back in greece, and worked his way up and now has become a very sucesful owner and a great rolemodel.

Then this ***** replies with a how immigrant are bad people, made fun of greece, and made hatefull racist comments on subject relating to the paragraph above.

I ofcourse was pissed how my teacher didnt react to her, stating that I had to defend my reasearch and shit, so I did exactly that, stating how wrong and racist she was. With some colorful vocabulary from both parties.

This thing was finally ended by my teacher, and this girl resulted with 3 40 min detentions
and I have a 1and a half day suspension! I called my teacher out on this bullshit, but she gave me shit on how she dosn't give out the punishment, even though she was in the room

I call bullshit! You guys agree?
I don't know about all the other junk you rambled about, but I can tell you that having a beef with your teacher isn't what kept you out of Accelerated English. I've taken the liberty of putting your mistakes in bold to point them out to you. That is to say nothing of the structural and tonal problems of your post. If I were grading one of my students I'd give this post a "D". There is a great deal of room for improvement and I find your written communication skills to be lacking in several key areas.

If you're going to singlehandedly fight all the racist people in the world, gl;hf.

Now take a step back and take a logical look at what is going on.

Your father left Greece. You currently live in a different country. D'you see where I'm going with that?

In closing, if you really had Grecian in your veins, you'd take off your shield and helmet and throw a spear at the *****.

[soapbox] Well. I'm not going to stand here and defend ignorance, but everyone seems to be down on teachers in general, and that's disheartening. Most people are quick to slam teachers for any and all possible faults that humanity is capable of. But most people are also completely ignorant of what an incredibly difficult job teaching is. And to be fair, while not all teachers are paragons of morality and shining examples of all we strive for during our lives, neither are all of their students. I'm not saying you're one of those people either. But the teacher's side of the story isn't here either. Perhaps he/she was letting the debate go on to make an academic point or to further learning and it suddenly got ugly. But truly, once a teacher gives discipline over to a principal/assistant principal, it really is out of his/her hands.

*I* hate teachers like that. They give the rest of us a bad name, who care about you and your education and want you to realize your full potential. But teachers are people, too. We're not perfect, and we make mistakes. It's a hugely difficult task to manage the behavior of 20-30 kids, let alone attempt to teach them anything. Sometimes we apply group discipline, because it's better than none at all. Sometimes we say things we don't mean, because we're flustered or startled, or even angry. Teachers aren't allowed to get angry and lose their tempers. Teachers aren't allowed to tell you what we really think if it might hurt your feelings, even if it is true, or even necesary. I can't call you "lazy"; I have to say "unmotivated." I can't call you "stupid"; I have to call you "misguided" or "unmotivated" (funny how often that comes up) or "uneducated." It's a community's job to teach morals and not just a teacher's, but somehow it's been dumped on the school system to teach right and wrong so someone has a place to lay the blame when something goes wrong. Additionally, it's supposed to be my job to motivate you to learn. Now there's some bullshit. As miserable a time in our history as it was, back when all education was a priviledge, people scrimped and saved to get where you can for free. If you wanted to ever have a decent life that didn't include working yourself to death for a pittance in horrid conditions, you needed an education, and you worked for it.

I'm sorry that there was a stupid, unfeeling, spoiled person in that class that made you lose your temper and I'm sorry that you got screwed. Maybe that money her parents have is going to the school in some way and some dirty politics got in the way of justice and fair play. Maybe they just *are* somebody and they pulled some strings and there was no one to pull them for you. Or maybe she's a girl and got off easy because she's a different sex than you. There are a ton of reasons that really have nothing to do with the teacher. No one needs to go slinging the c-word, and violence doesn't solve anything, even if it can feel really, really good. But one thing you can do is take a good look at yourself.

If you deserve to be in an accelerated class, then you should demonstrate the maturity that being in such a class requires. Accelerated classes aren't just about how smart you are. It's about the maturity level needed to handle the extra workload and responsibility. She might be spoiled, the teacher might be racist, but are you sure you're not, say, a self-righteous prick? I'm not saying you are, but everyone has some kind of flaw somewhere. If you lost your temper in class and used profanity, then they have every right to make the call that you're not mature enough to be there. And the previous teacher might have made a similar call, especially if you twitted them about every little thing. That doesn't show you're smarter; it makes you an asshole. I sincerely hope that everything gets resolved in a just and fair manner for you.

But even if you're smarting after getting smacked down when you had such a nice presentation, please think about some honest self-examination. You might be smart enough to handle the extra workload of accelerated classes, but are you truly mature enough to be there? Calling everyone on their bullshit might be entertaining, but it gets old, and borders on the infantile when applied ad nauseum. The greatest students that teachers have are the ones that focus on themselves and not everyone else's business. They learn for themselves and push themselves to make themselves better, not because they're measuring up to someone else's standards or competing against someone else. Don't get me wrong, they have a healthy dose of curiosity, but they'e not constantly in everyone else's business. Focus on yourself. Learn from your mistakes. Make yourself a better person. You have the best reaction ever. I'd probably not do the same, though, because I don't hit unless I get hit first. So, I would have subtly insitigated her to hit me, possibly over much time, in front of people, so that when I lose my mind and start literally ripping her eyes out, I have witness that she hit me first.

Though, at that level of brutality, I'd probably still be considered in the wrong... or at least sentanced to go for severe psychological cousleing.

I don't really want to respond here for the same reason that most people I know in real life don't know I am gay.

Just being right doesn't make you justified.

I don't know how young you are, but there used to be white "flesh colored" band aids. Lots of minorities cried foul.
