How would an audience view each of us?

Let's pretend each of us is the main character of our own ongoing story, about our real lives, in a book, movie, comic etc.

Based on your beliefs, morals, and what you stand for* what would the audience think of you? Would they root for you? Find you evil? find you to be the good guy? Think you've changed for the better or worse? Most importantly, how would your character development appear to an audience?

*Taking Batman and the Punisher as examples, both are vigilantes, both have had their family gunned down, and both have dedicated their lives to avenging them. Since his start, the Punisher has used guns and lethal force to kill most criminals, he could be seen as an antihero, fans can understand him and his choices of action, and root for him. Batman, however is opposed to using guns and never kills because his parents were killed by guns. Batman fans can understand his morals and his choices regarding how to deal with criminals and root for him. The difference being that if a story came out where Batman was going around gunning down his enemies, his fans would be find it odd, out of character and probably be upset, because for years his moral code proved that he would never be expected to do this.

Keeping in mind that you are a character whose events have been witnessed by many fans, who know your story up to this point, what would the audience think of your choices and how you are now, as a character in an ongoing story?

I can't figure out what I'm like and how I feel I doubt an audience would find my story very remarkable.

Last time I was in front of a real audience, I was in drag.

So, I imagine they thought I was hot.

I have to assume they would root for me, because to think otherwise would be to condemn my life thus far. I'm not prepared to do that.

They probably wouldn't understand/follow the storyline or be able to familiarize with the main character very well...

Depends on the audience member. I'm casually cruel, have very little in the way of morals, and have something of an ego.

Still, if they knew my life story, they'd probably think it was justified.
The suckers. Just because someone is damaged doesn't mean their actions are justifiable.

Anyway, I think this is a good thread.
It has my seal of approval.

EDIT: I actually have an audience in my head...all of my thoughts are put into words and spoken by an announcer of sorts.
It's a bit strange...
Thanks for the seal, it feels nice. I actually have the same sort of process in my head, which is partly why I made this post, I always imagined the events in my life as a story.

They wouldn't do anything because they would all be dead.
By "unfortunate accidents" of course, definitely not bloody murder.

They'd see me as evil, and maybe just a little soulless. I have very, very little in the way of morals and don't really care about anyone else. I would definitely be the bad guy in any story.

Actually, this is interesting because I've often made jokes(to the point where it could be considered an ongoing joke) where we are actually on a TV show and this is all fictional. Even to the point where I challenged the the writing of it as being "repetitive, predicable and uninteresting". So this is something I have always been thinking about for a long time.

I'd say that people would be able to relate to me and I'd probably be a better antagonist than the main character.
I have come up with many plans to take over/destroy the world/particular places on it, so I think I'd be a decent villain.

They would probably find me rather pathetic and pitiful. And maybe moderately entertaining.
