If Hitler never rose to power....hmm....

Germany continues to suffer from its huge economic depression, from which it never recovers. Over time, Russia continues to gain power and influence, eventually swallowing up Eastern Europe all the way up to Germany. France and Britain, determined to counter Soviet posturing, take hold of Germany. World war starts.
