I'd ask for Chuck Norris to descend upon the land and use his God-like powers to annihilate the human race.
We create a forum page that anyone can add to, and that is open to both creativity, blatant rip-offs, and personal experience. Then we allow the discussion to continue as people start to argue over which Idea/plan is better, and as the discussion continues the controversy will rise, the participants will become more furious in their posting and discussion, because their original ideas will clash causing a difference in opinions. Then the profile of the discussion will rise because of the number of posts, this will inevitable lead for more people to come and repeat the process of discussing, flaming, and raising the profile.
Eventually my page will increase into the 10,000 post mark, which will cause me to get an award for my account, this notoriety will cause people to look onto me with reverence, making people view my posts as more important then then the opposition. I will use my social status to indoctrinate the many people on the forum, eventually leading the unknowing forumgoers to a charity site. This charity will be the forefront for my terrorist organization, which will use its underground contacts to procure weapons of mass destruction.
After procuring these weapons, I will threaten several small nations in the middle east and Africa, to submitting to my authority. Once I have successfully taken control of the naive nations, I will indoctrinate one of my nations into becoming fanatical warriors, this warrior country will attack another small country I have procured. The attacking nation will commit atrocities that will attract the UN and the other European nations into focusing on freeing the oppressed country and invading the attacking country. This will give me adequate time to launch an insurgency campaign on several more countries, and eventually leading a coup.
After I have procured these additional countries I will ship an abundance of resources to my initially attacking fanatical country, which will now be occupied by UN forces, and use it to further distract the world from the relatively unsubstantial regime changes happening in my other occupied countries. After my procured nations become stable I will immediately begin on amassing an army, at the expense of my populous, as well as employing various scientists to study a way to lessen the effects of nuclear radiation. After several years, I will Invade the major suppliers of crude oil throughout the world, namely ones in more vulnerable nations, such as the middle east. I will use my WMD to create mass destruction on the populous of these nations, and follow through with an occupying force from my various nations.
Because the world will be hesitant to react to the insurgency, because of the previously difficult occupation of my formwe fanatical nation. It will give me time to establish a stranglehold on the worlds crude oil supplies, this will allow me to influence, the various nations of the world. I will use crude business practices, to strangle the worlds superpowers with the threat of loose of power, and put them in a bind if they opposed me. I will use my leverage on them to inhibit them from interfering with my invasions of larger more substantial countries. Once these countries have become part of my union of nations, I will use them as more means of production, for my war machine. when my set states has reached a massive collective army, I will cut off the worlds oil supplies, and to side with an already established super power (USA, Russia, China). I will sell Oil exclusively to him, causing him to become my dependant ally. Because of the strangle hold I put on the other economies of the world, they will revolt against me and threaten me with military violence
I will respond with a primitive assault on their nations which will result in an eventual nuclear response, the nuclear blast will cause the world to panic, and nuclear devices will begin to go off all around my countries, and my ally. My ally will respond with a similar respons, and any allies he has will respond as well.
the world will slowly become a nuclear wasteland and because I put money into developing ways to halt the effects of nuclear fallout, I will be able to pick and choose who I want in my new world. I will choose who I want and travel to prestablished group of island or a country that has relatively low fallout, and I will rebuild a nation from scratch
Thus ruling the world.
