Remove those stupid Statistics, seriously I do not need to know that my level 9 Mage has killed 129 creature's.
Why not just ignore the tab that says 'statistics'?

EDIT: My internet just had an epic spaz. Sorry for double posting

Get rid of the instance, blow it up or something. Horde don't have the shame of having a race at level 80 losing a city to level 20's with leprosy
I still think it'd make a kickass city...

That is pretty bad, though.
With that, I was talking about something more like a main quest.

"I... Really like this. Maybe doing Raid Content with a group of 5 like an ordinary dungeon as well? Obviously, the best gear would still come from the 25-man raids of uber leet epicness (and now I need to eat a live squirrel in pennance for typing that...), but I could see the single-player runs being able to gear you up to do the next tier of dungeon.

Also, sometimes you just wanna wreck Illidan's smug little face on your own..."

And think about it this way. How many people, including myself, NEVER get to see any of the really great stuff that WoW has to offer because you HAVE to be in a guild (or be invited to a raid). All of that story, material, quests, gear etc... Never seen it because I don't have time to meet up with 25 people to run Black Temple. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy doing the regular quests on my own but they start to get stale when you aren't in a guild or raiding or group questing. Its starts to get a bit boring. Now if I knew that I would eventually be able to run Caverns of Time or take out one of the World Dragons on my own...THAT would keep me hooked for years! And I think you would see Blizzards subscriptions go even higher.

Id love to stab Gruul in the eye on my own. heh

Screw Gruul, I effing hate Illidan and wanna beat his stupid lanky face in :p

I actually had another thought on this - make MOST of the raids/instances soloable, but have the "final" raid of each expansion a minimum of 5-man to make the last boss fights cooler - Sargeras and the Lich King just shouldn't be soloable.

Of course, Illidan and the Lich King shouldn't be killable, either, but that's another rant for another time.

Better armour for lower levels, more races, and what they sortof touched on with the Tauren and Night Elf, i.e not being completely bound to Horde/Alliance.
Ahh, this is another point I completely forgot about. Wasn't there talk of giving The Scryers and Aldor their own languages, so you could at least talk to the other side if they joined that faction? I have to agree that a few points where both sides can act together would be cool.

Maybe even making Neutral Guilds that could take everyone that had chosen specific factions?

How about this, make the current expansion's final "boss" only open to guilds and raids. However once a new expansion comes out it opens up to solo play. So when the next expansion "Revenge of the Murloc Seven" comes out you can now go and take out Sargeras and the Lich king on your own. In fact you could tie the next expansions end bosses to the previous. So that way if you want to take out Lich King solo you HAVE to kill Illidan first. This could be cool because it would be the BIGGEST chain in the entire game. Start with the pre 60 end game stuff and you would have a ton of people trying to do it. Tie it to achievements and you'd attract even more people.

What would be the order of bosses? I mean if you went all the way back? ooohhh.... this could be fun. Someone figure the order of bosses out!!

Yes, we all know it's grindy and crazy people can become addicted to it, but it's also an alright game! My question to you is what, if you had the influence and control over such descision, would you do to improve it, and how would you implement it?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say assume "remove the subscription" is somehow in the pipeline already, just to make it more about gameplay changes.

Top of my list would be making combat more tactical - having less direct control over your character and making it more about maneuvering and position than about skills and items. This is only slightly above giving the option to dye items (like in Warhammer Online and Hellgate : London) so you don't look like you've just detonated dynomite in a paint factory.
I would kill paladins and their cursed buffs lol.

XP bonus based on how many level-capped characters are on your account a la Everquest 2.

Or, just allow people to start any class new character at lvl 55 after getting one to level-cap.

My guild constantly has to recruit and re-shuffle because people get bored playing their class and don't have the energy to build a new one from scratch.

Have epic battles between the two factions.
Get rid of grind.
Make a linear plot with freeplay afterward
Make NPCs and Questgivers MOVE.
Make it pay to play ONCE and then free forever, if they did this, I'd be all over it like spies on a conspiracy theorist.
1) I agree. More epic battles between Horde and Alliance would be nice.
2) Good luck with that lol.
3) That would kinda suck. Linear gameplay is like, the opposite of an MMO.
4) I disagree. I personally find it extremely annoying when my quest giver moves, because then i have to go find him. The same thing with vendors, if they moved around, then people would waste a lot of time looking for them that they could have spent leveling or something. In a game like Oblivion, or Fallout, this is fine, because it adds realism to the game, and that's what those games are about. WoW, however is not about realism.
5) Then Blizzard would lose most of their profit.

More fist weapons, at more levels.

Some of the endgame content being soloable.

The team interface being a little more intuitive.

First of all, tune Naxxramas to be more difficult, as well as remove the silly nerfs the poor starting bosses of Ulduar have suffered. I don't care if the scrubs wipe on 'em once or twice, they're not too hard! Leave them alone!

*sobs* LEAVE THEM ALONE, BLIZZARD! LEAVE THEM ALONE! *wails*

In addition to that, some rather expensive and timely proceedures are in order to fix the serverwide lag that Wintergrasp causes.

And for some more "fun" suggestions.

The ability to dye armour, and a /urinate emote.

OK, new thought - I'm currently doing the Argent Tournament content they added in last patch - it's all based around their new mounted combat mechanics and building a new arena in Northrend "in preperation for the final assault on Icecrown". Players help by "finding" stone and lumber (fighting off the tree spirits and minions of the Titans as you do it), killing the Scourge around Icecrown and the building site and finding rare weapons that are dotted around Northrend to equip the fighters with.

Do you think more things like this could help Warcraft? Giving it the feel of a living, breathing world that you're helping to advance? They tried with the Island of Quel'Danas in The Burning Crusade and that felt... Underwhelming, but that was because the only real impetus was doing the same quests again and again daily until you reached the reputation cap, while the Argent Tournament missions at least TRY to mix it up a bit.
