How would you kill a zombie

Ak-47, I think it's the most reliable and plenty of ammo, kevlar vest and helmet, probably glasses of some sort (I've seen 28 days!) and side arm a gun but nothing too big, Sigsaur or a regular gun the police uses here. Maybe a crowbar, though that would depend on how the infection is spread in this scenario.
If I had some access to guns then also Minimi Para or HMG. Oh, and a pipe bomb.

O, who am I kiding, I would probably be one of those zombies that attacks you, and probably within a couple of hours. I think a zombie pigeon or something like that would infect me.

First of all I would avoid as many of them as possible. You know, zombies don't tend to walk alone, they tend to wander in groups and capture complete cities. So killing one would probably probably attract a dozen more. So here's the checklist:

1. Stealth. Don't get spotted by the zombies.
2. Observation. Try to see if there's a patern in what they're doing. What do they eat? When do they eat? Do they ever sleep? Is there a zombie hierarchy?
3. Action. Based upon your observations, act. For instance if there is a boss zombie, you might want to try killing him and with just a bit of chance you'll have a zombie army at your disposal. Then what you do is organize a Zombie Arena and have them kill each other.

sniper rifle and a moving vehicle requires someone to drive slowly and you just lay in the back if its a pickup or on the roof if its a car and honk the horn/make lots of noice to get the horde following behind you then just aim for the head and pick them off one at a time as they chase the car

compound bow.
shoot them in the head, pick the arrow out of them, always have ammo. If they get to close I'm sure you can beat them in the head with the compound bow.

There's a female zombie in Fable 2, you can marry her and get children.

EDIT: I wouldn't kill a zombie, I always wanted a pet zombie.

You should watch Day of the Dead. There's a guy that pretty much gets a pet zombie that he teaches how to use a gun as well.

It defeats a trained soldier in gun combat.

Then it makes him say the best line at the best time ever.

"Choke on 'em! Chooookeeee on 'eeeeeem!" while being eaten by a horde of zombies. XD

I might replace my wang with a shotgun or chainsaw. Or if we're in the Harry Potter universe, I'd stick a wand right down there. Imagine casting spells through air humps.

Hmm, of my guns, I would use my:
Romak 3 (imitation Dragunov) - longer range
Romanian 'G' AK47 - medium range workhorse
Mossberg 930SPX - close range workhorse
.40 CZ 75B - pistol backup

I would also set up booby-traps all over the place, with whatever materials were at hand. I'd probably get a lot of mileage out of using gasoline to burn zombies.

Thats whats always had me laughing, with Tanks, Gunships, and other military equipment, some slow, primitive walking corpses wouldnt last a second, after all a heat round would ensure that there's nothing left to come after you
