Lead a Revolt or join/start an Underground Gamers Alliance
or go for the inside approach and work my way up through the political ladder through the means of ruses and deception, eventually securing a high enough position in which i can overturn the legislation that has banned gaming. (though i may be a bit too lazy for this one)

I'd move to South Korea.
Starcraft is pretty much a sport to them, I doubt gaming is gonna get banned any time soon there.

I would prove that video games don't make people violent because I wouldn't have any when I go on an axe murder rampage against the people who pushed this insane law.
