fanfuckingtastic.

Had an AWESOME last half of Sophomore year, went to the sweet 16 of the girl I like, took that same girl to homecoming, spent alot of the summer staying over at the house of a childhood friend, got drunk for the first time, finally got around to going to school sport events like football and hockey games, recently discovered a liking for one of my closer female friends, and winter break is starting off with a bang--snow school closing!

No way this year can measure up to last year, but I remain optimistic.

One of the best years I've had so far. There have been ups and downs and plenty of twists, but all in all I enjoyed it. It's gone so quickly and I can hardly believe it's nearly 2010.

Its been eventful. I got married after dating for seven years. I know, I'm weird
That's not weird, I've been with the other half for seven years, and I'm looking forward to seven more marriage-less years.

It's the tiny little rebel in me :\

On the upside, I did get to abuse the housing market crash to buy a 3 bedroom detached house that's 60 miles closer to work than my last one. That was fun.

Generally, bad. Circumstances ensured that I was a lonely soul for half the fucking year. It will improve this Christmas, but will go apeshit next year when I go to the mandatory military service. Sometimes, I really hate my life.

Busy, and me being in the military has not been helping. I'm ready for this and the next few years to be done so I can be out this uniform.

Good to knwo I'm not alone. I srtarted ot get too much pressure from the old lady and her family. I used wanting to wait until school is over as my excuse.

Thats funny that I too just bought a house becuase of the housing crash.

Are we twins separated at birth?

January to September, my life was a meaningless, stressful, obnoxious, uncertain, and questionable period of self-degradation straddling the gap between the crushing oblivion that is heartbreak, and the hellish monotony that is wrestling with colleges to accept you into a graduate program.

September to December has been a glorious revival of my self-identity, and series of brilliant successes, only matched by the superb new associations I have been allowed to garner.

I lived through it, so it was good enough.
This would have been an acceptable truncation of my answer, had I thought to simplify the matter.

It's been pretty damn good. Cut some excess baggage from my life, graduated from college, finished my first quarter of grad school, went to comic con. Ya, it was a pretty damn good year.

It's been the best and worst year of my life. I got my first guitar, got into a bunch of awesome music, and had my first girlfriend. On the other hand, I suffered the worst depression of my life which I'm still somewhat in. I've become slightly self destructive, and I'm in a new city so I feel extremely alone.

It's been an emotional roller coaster really, but I suppose that is how adolescence works.

My 2009 has been pretty good considering just how much worse it could be. This is the first full year that I've spent away from home and I'm loving it! But that means that I'm kinda deep in debt (should be a little over $1500 in the red by New Years) and thanks to this economy I'm having a hard time keeping work. I dunno, this has been a pretty okay year I guess.

Erhm. Different. Really different. Definitely the most drama-filled year of my life. And at the same time, I've pretty much done nothing. Meh. Bring on 2010!
