At least for me, this year has been basically trash. It started out in a suitably rubbish fashion (whatever the cause of that was however, I don't remember) and continued to go downhill.
I got the "just friends" talk from the only girl I've ever been genuinely interested in, I failed my driving test (again) by an infuriatingly narrow margin and then to top it off I found out my work will be closing some time next year, meaning I get to go into 2010 with the threat of redundancy looming.
So yep, for me, this year has pretty much been the suck. Hopefully 2010 can't be any worse.
