How's Your Social Life?

Since I hate most people around me I don't have that many friends and very few close ones. But I'm pretty fine with that, I don't really like to party and they seem to spend their whole weekend drunk or on drugs. To each his own, but sometimes I miss savepoints to just slap them, reload and pretend like nothing has ever happened.

My social life is not what you'd call brilliant, by any standard. A few of my friends are still going to college and live at least 15 minutes away. I know 15 minutes doesn't sound that long, but I can't drive yet and getting the bus takes about 40 minutes. Still, I have quite a few friends around where I live, so sometimes I go out down the pub with them. But I haven't done that for a while now.

Werner Heisenberg, Albert Eninsten and Nils Bohr walks into a bar .. naked! ... I'm sure with a bit of work, the uncertainety principle and some kind of fruit it will turn out quite good. You would be assured to make friends with the crowd i hang out with

Mrs. Schrodinger constantly complains about her husband's erectile dysfunction. Mr. Schrodinger resents this, insisting that his libido is always alive and well, only dying when he opens his trowsers.

A rough start, but this could go somewhere.

I have a pretty good social life. I have at least one event with friends or family every weekend and during the week I'm always hanging out after school or going to other peoples houses. I really only ever get on here when I'm procrastinating homework.

On a totally, totally unrelated note:
I never figured how the Shrödingers cat analyzis came to be, considering it illustrates Heisenbergs theorem and Shrödinger was in Einsteins camp, they hated Heisenbergs and Bohrs "new" physics.

Actually, since joining the Escapist I have played games much less. I'm not sure why this happened, because I don't even use the Escapist that much (as shown through my post count) so that's not why I play games less. it's because my social life is great at the moment. I'm usually out every night when I don't have tons of schoolwork to complete. And my love life has plenty of drama in it right now, (for better or) for worse. So yeah, my social life is great right now.

Ok. I don't have a large circle of friends, but I don't want one. I have a small circle of close friends (about 6) and thats all I need. I also prefur to do things with them one person at a time.

EDIT: Back to the point. Not exactly bad. Whenever I hang out with people I'm always making jokes and kinda centre of attention. But stranglely a lot of the time I just want to be alone.

It's excellent, actually. Even with people going their seperate ways to Uni soon, we're all still seeing each other frequently.
From the pubs/clubs, to the 5 or 6 goodbye parties we've had.

So, yea... Good.

I actually have a pretty good social life. I've got a ton of close friends that I can count on and I could probably find somebody to hang out with every night if I really wanted to hang out that often. I'm in high school and I think I'm fairly popular in that people know who I am and I'm pretty sure only one or two people really dislike me.

I live in a dorm with a bunch of gamers, so my social life is pretty good. On weekends, I see my mates from my hometown and play cards or games or just party. In high school, I was a bit antisocial, but I think I've come out of my shell.

Can't complain. For the last 5 months I've benn going out virtually every night - oh the joys of travelling - and meeting loads of cool people. Even when I'm home it's not at all bad, although I live in the back end of the middle of nowhere I still make the effort to see my friends and they make the effort to see me too. My social life may drop off a bit shortly as I have a dream job in New Zealand, and a fairly remote part of N.Z. at that so with work and a very small town as a base I may find myself only going out on the weekends and such like but still at least my bank balance will be going the right way for once.
