np, I've sent you a friend request, as I have to use either email or a friend on steam, however you should know that when I look at the gift screen with dota 2 selected, all of my friends who own dota 2 are greyed out. so..i dunno.

Alright, thanks. May I interest you in a copy of Legend of Grimrock on Steam in exchange? I already had it off of GoG by the time it was part of the Humble Bundle.

That's OK. I already have legends of grimrock . Also, I got these copies of DOTA for free, so I don't mind giving them away.

There is a problem however, as steam thinks you already own DOTA 2 and I cannot gift it to your account.

There is a way you can give an extra copy to a person who already owns the game but you would have to have them on your friends list and then open up the trade window with them.

OT: I've got an extra DOTA 2 copy currently gathering dust in my steam inventory so if anyone would like it quote this post with your Steam ID and I'll send it along.

Didn`t spam any free giveaways. I tried out DOTA 2 when it went free as a beta, and ended up with the game. And every now and then, steam just gives me a key or two and tells me to send them to my friends. And that`s all that there is to it, basically.

And the game is quite okay, but I just prefer League Of Legends to it. But it`s very familiar to it, if you`ve played it. Or, well, any other MOBA or DOTA or whatever-they-call-it-these-days games. It can be stressful, but it can be fun.
