and what i forgot to right in the OP, was:

Do you think i have a case?
You could make a case for an unlawful termination. If you feel that you were "bullied." I would suggest atleast talking to a lawyer.

I feel your pain, mate. I just got the notice that I'm fired myself.
The reason? No Norwegians. Apperantly, we're too expensive. Well, kiss my ass I say!
Anyway. Luckily I've got one more contract to finish, and then I'm without occupation. Meh!
No Norwegians? Too expensive? For what?

Definately this. If you feel as though you were bullied out of your job, then it may make sense to speak with a lawyer.

Heh. I will just say this: I have been fired many times in my life. I have been fired over tattoos (even though they were completely covered up by my clothes). I have been fired over (false) accusations of embezzlement. I have been fired over 'attitude problems'. I have been fired because the economy sucked.

I have learned one thing about all of this: Ultimately speaking, you will never hurt yourself by getting legal counsel about your situation.

Of course, I don't know what it's like in the UK, but here in the States, you can find a lawyer who will at least discuss your situation with you for free rather easily.

So, I guess what I would say is: Don't ask us, ask a professional who understands. If you want to ask us anything, ask us if we'd invest a little money to get the advice of an expert who could tell us whether or not we have a realistic case.

...and in your situation, I'd have to say 'yes', unless that money was the difference in between eating/still having a place to live and not.
