When I lay down to go to sleep it gets hard to breath sometimes. My ankle and one of my thumbs can be cracked nonstop because they never healed properly when I sprained them.

Sometimes when I inhale it feels like someone's stabbing me in the chest. Plus when I try to think about my breathing, I stop. And I have some muscle problems in the right side of my back, meaning I can't sit in a wierd postion for too long.

I might have tourettes brought on by excessive videogaming. I'm serious. I also am constantly scratching the hollow at the base of my skull. It tickles.

You just have an irregular heart beat. Mine does it all the time, and sometimes like during a long run I feel as if it has stopped. If you are worried, seek medical attention.

dude, just take it out if the abnormal beating is bothering you that much.

My back frequently hurts me because I'm 6'4" and the world of tables, desks, and chairs was not built for the comfortable sitting position of people such as myself.

Hmmm at OP, have you seen any of the alien movies? ;)
Oh crap... I do think I remember this strange pod thing at the carpark last time I was at the mall...

Have you been electrocuted recently?
Not that I can remember myself. Maybe those pesky gnomes are doing it to me while I sleep. I think I would wake up then though.

Recently I began losing feeling in random parts of my body for a random amount of time, most recently was the ring and little finger on my right hand.

And theses random scratches and cuts that appear everywhere, but apparently I'm dealing with Kitten Xenomorphs.

The thing I'm most worried about which has yet to be explained to me by my doctors is rarely when I do strenuous activity from a standstill I get waves of pain each time my heartbeats; it starts around where the kidneys would be and then it creeps further up my spine each beat until it's right at the back of my head. It feels like my circulatory system is being pumped up by a bicycle pump and I have to take a moment to just tilt my head towards the ceiling and squint my eyes until it stops, which takes maybe 45 seconds; unsettling though.

It probably has something to do with the fact that my kidneys stopped functioning four years ago and all that's really left of them is scar tissue, 'cept for the slightly used one I acquired shortly after that; but that's a looong other story.*

My left eye twitches pretty violently when I haven't gotten sleep in a while; sometimes when I bend my left elbow it's a little hard to unbend it and it makes a satisfying crack when I do :)

*Long story short, I have more kidneys than you do noob.

My heart flutters sometimes for no apparent reason. I also get chest pains for no reason that causes me to hold my breath due to the pain of breathing for up to a minute.

Been to the doctors, couldn't find anything at that time. Only coz it comes and goes.

Go to the doctors maybe? How obvious can it be that the moment something seems to be going wrong you visit someone who's specialized in detecting and fixing what's wrong?

Yeah, they're called palpitations. Cut back on caffeine.
I get them after getting out the bath, my body feels on fire o_O
My ex used to get them and make a huge song and dance about it. omomgoomg am gunna diee! omggg!
¬.¬

Anyway, nothing too bad is bothering me at the moments. My left ear is really hurting. My legs are starting to ache again and my tummy's hurting due to good ol' PMS, but apart from that, it's all good in the hood.

Sometimes when I move my neck, it feels like a strand in my neck snaps. Then I get a lump in my throat. Hurts like a sunnafabitch.

Those gnomes will do that!
Ok was the last time you ate cheese between 2 to 4 days ago? If so, did you eat cereal with milk that morning?
Hmm. I drink about one glass of milk every day, and maybe a bit of cheese...
Are you just asking randomly, or is there a method behind this? :p

And I'd be correct in the assumption that you didn't physically exert yourself that day?
That assumption would be fairly correct. There was some driving that day, and some... bedroom gymnastics, but no other training or something >_>

For me, if I stand up too quickly, I go all lightheaded and stuff.

I can't actually be bothered to do anything about it, for the simple fact that it's interesting, and the rest of my life is boring.
That can be bad. I once was in with flu and that happened to me and I went blind for about 3 minutes.
