I only ever did this at band competitions. Being in color guard, our costumes rarely had pockets (to be honest, most were so skin-tight that they weren't really conducive to pockets anyhow) and most of the time we weren't allowed to carry our purses while in uniform.
But if you think about it, I'm sure there's much worse conditions for money to be in than a little damp from boob-sweat.

I don't understand why women do this. It's really uncomfortable putting things down your bra! I've done it a couple of times, but only when I'm mucking about with my boyfriend when we're in my house and I hide his money. IT DOESN'T STAY DOWN THERE LONG! It's just far too uncomfortable.
