the reson major game ARE major games, is becasue they have some of the best gameplay/story
I am not saying ownly go for games that have alot of media hype, just know that if every one is talking about a game and saying how amazing it is (mass effect2) that mostly for a good reson. So go do yourself a favor, and buy the orange box

You own the Orange Box but you haven't played Portal or the Half Life games?
What was the point of that purchase?

What's the point of this thread exactly? The forums would all be full of pointless crap if we all decided that the world needed to know about every game we haven't played and why as it occurred to us. Oh, wait...

I have played all of the games in the OP and think that they were worth playing but there are plenty of games that I haven't including Dead Space because the demo was very boring and the concept didn't interest me at all. I'll be back to list all the other games I haven't played, just give me a while.

Honestly there are alot of games that are more popular than people give them credit for, like Dead Space for example.
Finished it 4 times on my ps3, I loved that game and wouldve married it if it was legal.
[sub]Ok that was a bit much..[/sub]
Dun worry, I finished it 4 times on PC 1 time on 360. Geat game, scary as shit. Can't wait for Dead Space 2.
Pre-ordered it the day I heard about it. Add coop to it and that game would be the best game ever.
I'm not so sure. I think Co-op detracts from the whole "Scary" part. The atmosphere will be there but you'll be laughing with a mate. Also, if your friend triggers all the creepy bits and you're not looking, it's a bit of a waste.

[sub]Just saying.[/sub]

Good point.
I stopped playing coop with my friends because they didnt take anything even slightly serious..
You have changed my mind. Dead Space 2 is perfect.

Your xbox live thing shows you've played MW2 and Halo3, so, you only play the ones with the most trolls?
Well, I got ODST with my 360 and the multiplayer counts as Halo 3, I dont actually own Halo 3 and I got MW2 because my two best friends wanted me to.

That's what ah do! Yes, I enjoyed Dead Space a lot. It lost it's creepiness after the first two chapters but the atmosphere was so thick you could snap a twig with it and the action was good anyway. Would've liked more boss fights, however.

Meh, I dont really enjoy boss fights tbh. Allthough the occasional boss fight is awesome.
Also, I wonder if Dead Space 2 will have an awesome twist..

I haven't played some of those either.

And I don't plan to either.
They're not my taste.

If they're not yours, don't play.

Simple
What games are to your taste then, Maxxy Boy?
