Me too.
I've never actually played a tabletop RPG, since they never really got to the country I'm from. There are a couple of small communities centered around them here, but I'm not sure they count. Because of that, watching how a game plays out in real life is very interesting to me. Even more so, in light of the all female players, coming from a background considered to be the polar opposite of "geek". It's provocative, of course, which makes the series a perfect way to introduce RPG's to the uninitiated. Then maybe link them to the "Days of High Adventure" column, which I read with great pleasure.
By the way, I can't help but feel disappointed by the poor taste in some of the previous comments. Especially the ones condemning the idea for the series as "gimmicky" and accusing the actual persons in the videos of failing to mesure up to that gimmick in the same post. That's... really more like a problem with you guys.

for some reason i really like, maybe its because all the pornstars (google a name like i did) Question!! whats with the guys on the bed or sofa?

I was thinking those guys on the bed and stuff were the sound & camera crew? Because imo the sound is pretty good even with all the people talking around a table, useualy a get together like that is hard to sound good but they did all right.

I like this episode even more cuz there really starting to get into the fighting part and figuring out stuff that's my favorite!

I hope Sasha gets to talk more cuz she is pretty funny or I hope she gets to interview her friends, she seems pretty good at that.

P.S. That was a good move to just burn the spiderling sack, if they would of choped it there probably would have been thousands of little baby spiders everywere.

too true, i do think that a large number of comments were in poor taste. it's like they're the kind of people who look at a piece of art with a naked person in it and accuse it of being porn. It's just nice to know i'm not the only person not watching it because some of people may be or have been pornstars.

She said "Who wants my throwing axe? I'm getting too weighed down with stuff." and the music clip went "How heavy this axe" (from the song of the same name) - see what they did there? I thought it was hilarious (I'm a huge fan of The Sword, the band that made that song)

There seems to be four kinds of people commenting on this series:

1) People who watch it, are bored, and then watch it anyway, just to complain about being bored. Irony - complaining about being bored is, in fact, itself, boring.

2) People who get the fact that sometimes the stuff one is shown isn't neccessarily exclusively designed to their tastes, and who've been liking it for what it is. These people are considered deluded and ignorant by the other types.

3) "Who are these pornstars trip-trapping on my Escapist! They have boobs - THIS OFFENDS ME! It might offend me less if I approved of their boobs!!! Why does The Escapist offend my sensitive values by assuming that I will watch something that has boobs in it, that I will then ONLY watch for boob-content and complain about the way the boobs look?!? I will teach the programmers at The Escapist a lesson - I will watch more and continually complain about their boobs!!!"

4) People who want this to be a video game review, and will, as a result, never be satisfied.

Game Dogs and now this. The women are not really particularly clever or enthusiastic or anything.

This makes Game Dogs look like solid gold comedy.

At least there are cute girls to look at. Game Dogs has zero reedeming qualities. Thsi show has one in my opinion. Not that this series is any good, but saying that Game Dogs was better than anything made my heart hurt.

5) People who like the show, who feel the need to mock others for voicing their honest opinion by gathering their comments up and making rude lists...

6) People who dislike the show who are letting the Author know that he needs to do something if he cares about it enough to make some changes.. Which seems like the comments are more or less the same with each and every episode...

If the show is good for you, that's fine, but to mock others for being honest is not cool. Some comments seem to speak a tad more offensive than others, but by commenting here, they are indeed giving valid input to help improve the series...

Heck I almost considered #3 of your list as flame-bait.. Gotta be careful with that stuff..

Alright I have to tip my hat because I have played for a long time, and DMed a lot of games, and that is the first time I've seen a wizard try to kill something with a crowbar.

Also, the werespiderwolf thing, classic.

The camera work or your guys set up seems pretty limited though. I mean, it's just that one shot, and you basically just have to watch the same two people for the majority of it....including the dude in the background reading the comics, which, I'd prolly just nix him from the background shot cause it's kind of "blah". I mean I know he's your guys friend, but, he just sit there's like a static lump and the rest of us couldn't care less what skater gear he wore or which comic he's reading.

I'm not seeing enough Satine action in here *shakes fist*
She's a legit vet, I want to see some Satine skills more. That's the type of chick you could confidently take with you on a dragon fight.
