The only game that has severely frustrated me was Street Fighter IV. I swear I almost broke a controller.

Well I get steaming mad when I get frustrated so I was pretty much at the point where I might rip all my hair out

Hah, I'm actually abnormally good at LBP.
Platformers in general actually.

ERR...
HL2: Deathmatch.
absolutely the most annoying thing is having hackers force you to participate in bullet hole buttrape.

I broke my Razer :(
It's not my platforming skills (I, like you, am pretty good at Platformers.) It's just the fact that the Jumping doesen't always respond for me (I seem to have an unresponsive X button.)

I gave up on them at around Tony Hawks 156,392 but I wasn't too bad myself at one time. But they can be very frustrating.

I know that feeling, lost a few too many levels when I smashed that X as hard as I could and still didn't make the jump! Nott too bad at platformers either

I've broken a couple of Guitar Hero guitars, although the damage was only cosmetic (not including the most recent one which, like so many, was faulty right out of the box), lucky 'cos they're damn expensive to replace. I've given my Rock Band microphone a good bashing as well, the grill bit on the top is now completely detached and won't go back on.

Also, back in my PS1/PS2 days, I had an armchair to sit in while gaming - one day the controller got slammed against the arm of the chair so hard that it smashed. Bits of black plastic everywhere. I think that's their biggest design flaw - they give the perfect grip to hold them tightly with just one hand and smash the other side of the controller with maximum force.

Gameboy cartridges are sturdy...
They have to be. If they weren't, you know how many broken GameBoy games there would be? Even on accident?

On topic, I've never broken anything, although I have chucked my PS2 controllers into the floor pretty hard...

That's the problem with LBP, > 2 players, framerate killer.
(after 1 player, it begins to become nonresponsive.)

Maybe they should put spikes in key places to discourage you from gripping too tightly, lol

Not to mention if one of your friends is an inconsiderate dick (I.e, Me) Then he will backhand you into the nearest enemy.

Broken four PS2 controllers on Soul Calibur 3, usually when going through Story mode or whatever. Broke a GC controller on Metroid Prime. Those are surprisingly durable.

I've only hit my brother when I was younger. I've never broken anything game-related out of anger or frustration.

Oh dude. Here is my story of shame. You can officially call me the Master of Disaster. Where shall I begin? Ah yes, over 10 years ago, I broke my first Gameboy's screen by punching it (don't remember which game provoked my wrath, must have been Megaman 2 or Castlevania Adventures). The next casualty would occur many years later on 2006 as I snapped my first DS (an original one) in two like a "Break" chocolate after losing to the cheating Mario Kart AI yet again. It still held in place barely connected with the wires till this year where it breathed its last when it suddenly stopped working. It shall be missed. Then, on 2007, my mouse faced my wrath while playing Gears of War on the PC and from a combination of continuous crashes (once every hour), cheating AI (shotgun and torque wielding locusts), the left button's shell was ripped and I had to keep it in place with tape. The next casualty was the Wavebird controller on 2008. Not exactly a casualty, as the controller is still fine. What's not so fine is more than probably the receiver inqside the controller as the controller itself was being banged against the wall after some really frustratingly cheating sessions of Super Smash Bros Brawl. May send it for repairs sometime soon. On that same year, my second DS (Lite) after receiving some punishment here and then over a period of two years finally broke one of its hinges after some infuriating gameplay on Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. Currently at the repair shop. And yes, this year had 2 more casualties. The first was the PSP screen breaking after some frustrating Loco Roco 2 sections, but has been repaired. The second is my Les Paul Guitar controller where after some banging the blue fret button stopped working. Yeah, games can really make you mad if you are playing alone. I could use some vallium but I avoid taking medication. Sorry for the long post.

2 Nintendo 64 controllers have fallen to Mario Party and that damn rafting minigame...

Other than that if I get frustrated in a game I just put the controller down and walk away...
