The multiplayer still seems to be alive and kicking with about 100 people and numerous hosts.

Oh happy day!

I was tempted to buy it, considering how much I miss the old Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series. You know, back when Lucasarts was good?

i remember playing it 2 years ago... and it kicked ass. IT even had decent physics to make force choke extra entertaining

I absolutely love Steam. It's just too damned convenient, especially if you're like me and have two machines and travel a lot. And you can get some amazing deals on games that you'll never find in stores, because for some reason every game store I know of has nearly given up on catering to the PC gamers.

Was it worth two subway subs? :O
The subs I have always cost like 8 bucks, and they almost always screw it up. Seriously, how hard is turkey on wheat, lettuce and tomatoes? HOW THE FUCK DO THEY SCREW THAT UP!?
Dude they get paid like nothing, what do they care? Besides, you'll come back either way.

Hah, he's got a point. Maybe you screwed up, I mean when I go in there they tend to make it right in front of me.

Oh snap, I just went there.

I am getting ready to buy a new computer, which has been the sole thing keeping Steam from systematically raping my wallet. I fear for my wallet now.

You sir... Are a legend.

This game owns, I replayed it 2 weeks ago whislt I was waiting for payday. Its not aged horribley and is more entertaining that some of the more recent LucasArts titles.

They should make more games like they used to. Battlefront anyone?

Jedi Academy was one of the best games I ever got. It's got a large mod community. You should try Movie Battles 2 mod for it.

You should get Jedi Outcast it's also great.

And the best 10 bucks I've ever spent on Steam was Magicka.
Subway pays the guy fucking up your sandwich not-even-starvation-wages and gives him absolutely zero reason to give the slightest damn about your satisfaction, as he is never not aware that even if he is the best employee in the state, he's still 100% replaceable and has literally zero future in the company.

If you want a good sandwich, what the hell are you doing at Subways, anyway? Find yourself a family-owned shop, whose ability to stay open relies on repeat business rather than tens of millions of dollars in advertising.

That is where you will find your sandwich, sir. At the store whose existence depends on making you a good sandwich. Not the store that exclusively hires high school kids who could not possibly care less.

Also Magicka was phenomenal. (Although it does get a little too easy after you discover that 'Steam Electric Electric Electric Arcane' solves every single problem in the entire game.
