Do you want to be Blarg McBlarg? Didnt think so. So remember, do something.
Uh...I think you may have forgotten a crucial word or two there.(NOTE: I am not Blarg McBlarg, the guy you quoted. Just noticed that bit of nonsense and thought I'd intervene. Speaking of which...)

OP: At the very least, confront your sister about it. I wouldn't call the cops just yet, but don't just forget about it, either. Find out exactly what happened first, and go from there. The fact that you even need to ask this is actually kind of mind-boggling to me, especially since you're apparently old enough for your sibling to have a 14-year old daughter. That means you're almost definitely an adult, so my advice: Act like a damn adult.

Seriously though, get off your computer RIGHT NOW and GO TALK TO HER.
It might be because my brother is yelling nonsense in my ear, but I dont see it. What exactly is wrong?
Maybe I'm missing something. It looks to me like you're asking a guy with the username "Blargh McBlargh" if he wants to be "Blargh McBlargh". Not sure how this questions relates to domestic violence.

Crazy names - making even domestic violence hilarious.

"Physical abuse by mother leaves 14-year-old Apple with black eye, phone confiscated"
I hope the phone was an Iphone. "Apple Iphone confiscated, left with black eye."
Aw, you didn't get my intentional double entendre of the phrase "black eye, phone" and "black iphone".

<spoiler=
Also, I'm trying my best not to mention this picture>http://ponyvillegazette.com/files/2011/09/my_little_pony_friendship_is_magic_2x01_the_return_of_harmony_part_1_12_applejack_talks_to_a_pile_of_apples-1024x576.jpg

As someone who has been in this sort of situation before (on the receiving end), I know full well that it'll only happen again, eventually being a frequent thing. I really wish I had been able to call the police, but alas wasn't. If this little shit of a mother is beating her kid around like this, then clearly she doesn't love her daughter, and the daughter is better off without her.
And once again, so have I.

And it wasn't a normal occurrence. And in the end, it was something I could have avoided with the police if I had just listened to them instead of driving my mom up a wall.
