As on why they make these threads? Simple. Instead of saying "I'd do this and that to her" it's a more subtle approach, yet still it is a stupid topic to discuss on an online forum. Especially when there are a good number of female users.

I could see if someone on the street came up to you and said "Hey, nice tits" you could get as offended as you wish...but its not like someone said, "Read this thread or else!"

They're being rude in the Escapist, whose decency I feel obligated to protect, even as an act of futility. I don't know about you, but I'm kinda attached to this forum of ours.

I've grown very fond of these forums as well, but it just seems that everyone always just seems so eager to jump at every chance to get offended. We can go on and on with analogies, but you're still on the internet, and it is much easier to tune out a topic than it would be to not pay attention to someone talking just that bit too loudly in your local Starbucks. Oh well, this won't go anywhere sadly, like most discussions on here recently.
