OT: Apart from the size of their chests and the absolutely ridiculousness of the butt-battle, that didn't look like anything special compared to a lot of other bad game/anime openings I've seen. In fact, the actual animation and drawing quality were better than the bad openings usually are...

In fighting anime shows/games like these that end up marketing on a good shovel-full of fanservice I always have to ask this question or make this observation: "So... Hit Points in this game is measured in clothes?" Made the same remark about ikki tousen, seikirei, etc.

These shows/games will happen, just like year after year there will be additional contestants in American Idol, those model shows, and even creeper tv shows. It cannot be stoped so 'keep calm and watch something else' as the kids say these days.

Meh this is nothing. I have seen much stranger things come out of anime. Also you are judging a book by it's cover. Look up puella magika madoka (however it is spelt); I have not seen it, but from what I have heard it looks like this at first and rapidly becomes an extremely depp and disturbing anime full of thematic content and an interesting plot.

I don't mind all the pervy crap as long as there's still the other Japanese media that does other stuff. My only problem is that theres so much of it, plus it's speeping into almost every genre. I suppose that's to be expected since thats what otaku with a lot of spending power want just like FPSand FPS hybrids are for 12-40 YOs over here.
