So obviously you need to add half of the air to your powdered water, so just condense half of the air on earth into a small area and add that to your powdered water and presto you'll have water.

Also i'd love to see powdered hydrogen, that would be cool.

No, no, it doesn't work like that.

Write down how much powdered water you have. Then, estimate how much does it weight. Then just calculate, how many atoms are in your powdered water, then how much nanograms of air you would need... Or just fill the box to the half with frozen O2.


Also, with the powdered hydrogen... I think you can try to freeze it and then cut/smash to pieces. On Pluto.

Also H2 doesn't come in powder.

Assuming we combine 4H + 2O using combustion, yes. But not an explosion - water vapor. We also assume the water is in powder. The most logical answer is that there is some sort of addition to the "powdered" hydrogen. I mean, if someone can detach H2 from O, he can also come up with a new way of bending the laws of nature.
