With the mighty power of Google I have deducted that there is no such thing as powdered water.
You had to Google it?
Just to be 100% sure, there are a lot of strange things in the world after all.
And even google is wrong sometimes! What do we turn to, then?
When Google can't answer a question, we pray, for surely the end is nigh.
Then pray with me, fine sir! For it cannot find the "Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything"...

-Googles-

Damnit! It knows all! What if it turned against us? The new Skynet- Google!

Google being wrong is a strange thing, and taken that into account, and what everyone has said...we are screwed if it is wrong.

2H2O = D2O = Heavy Water.

I think, yeah?
Nope. Close, but no donuts. D2O is a H2O using a different izotope of hydrogen. 2 H2O means there are 2 particles of H2O.

You add air. Obviously.

See, water is called H2O, so you've got the H2, now add the O.
If I recall, air has O2, not O. So to get an H2O from H2 and O2, you have to put twice as much H2 as the air. Because:

H2 + O2 = H20

2 H2O + O2 = 4 H + 2 O = 2 H2O

This is an important detail.
Yeah do this and you get water... and a nice funeral, because that reaction is an explosion.
Also H2 doesn't come in powder.
Assuming we combine 4H + 2O using combustion, yes. But not an explosion - water vapor. We also assume the water is in powder. The most logical answer is that there is some sort of addition to the "powdered" hydrogen. I mean, if someone can detach H2 from O, he can also come up with a new way of bending the laws of nature.
Synthetising O2 and H2 out of water is easy, it's simple elecrolysis.
You are right. It's been a while since I had Chemistry at school (Spanish class, we don't have half the subjects the first year), but it is true. But then again, we are trying to explain powdered water. We don't have voltage to perform electrolysis.

UNLESS THE OP LIED AND THERE WAS MORE IN THE BAG!

You're an idiot.

Turns out... You add milk!

You add milk, to the powdered water, to get water...

Just the opposite of powdered milk :D GeniouS!!

I've tried so many things too....

But milk makes it water.

Thanks for your help.
