It looks like a pokemon to me. Seriously though I have no idea, perhaps googling the colours etc may reveal what it is.

Yep, don't touch the little guy - they've got poison spines on them and it hurts pretty bad if you get a dose of it. Probably not dangerous, but my mom accidentally put her hand on one a couple of years back and regretted it immediately.
